the location is unbeatable. It's situated on the closest street to the Sassi that you can still drive on, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the historic center of town. Secondly, the staff here is top-notch. From the friendly receptionist who provided us with helpful maps and recommendations, to the accommodating and attentive host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, the service was exceptional. Lastly, the rooms with their beautiful views of the 'sassi' of Matera were simply breathtaking. Waking up to such an amazing view every morning was a true highlight. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast! It was delicious and a great way to start the day. All in all, this hotel offers fantastic value for money and pays attention to every detail to make your stay memorable.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from the stunning Sassi area. And the best part is, you can actually drive right up to the doorstep without any trouble. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, and some even come with a balcony that offers a breathtaking view of the 'sassi' of Matera. Additionally, the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities provided are more than sufficient, and the attention to detail in the rooms is commendable. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast - although it's a simple affair, the pastries and goodies they serve in the room are absolutely delicious!

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring this city on foot. It was very close to the historic part of town, making it easy to walk to all the sights. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the free and easily accessible parking that was available nearby. Additionally, the breakfast at the nearby cafe had a great selection and was a great start to the day.

Everything was fantastic.

Great location! Only a short walk to the main attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and modern, equipped with air conditioning and had a comfortable bed. The view from the room was stunning, we loved to watch the city life from above. The staff was also kind and helpful in providing us with recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. a great stay in a lovely city!

Breakfast was a bit of a let down. The options were limited and we had to go to a nearby cafe to have it. Also, we had a bit of a problem with the time of check out, we felt a bit rushed to leave the room, as the staff were already asking us to vacate it 30 minutes prior to the designated time. But all in all, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time in the city.
